关于谨防假冒期刊网站的声明

近期，《中国电气工程学报（英文）》编辑部收到多位读者举报，有违法组织、人员冒用《中国电气工程学报（英文）》（Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering，CJEE）的刊名和刊号、主要出版信息等进行中文文章的出版发表，包括冒用主管单位“中国机械工业联合会”、主办单位“机械工业信息研究院”以及主编等多项假冒违法行为。这些假冒网站对外发布虚假信息，非法对外征稿并收取审稿费和版面费，严重损害了我刊的权益和声誉。

为了避免广大读者、作者及相关单位上当受骗，编辑部严正声明如下：

一、《中国电气工程学报（英文）》为英文期刊，只接收和刊登英文论文。

二、《中国电气工程学报（英文）》所有投、审稿和稿件修改事宜一律在唯一官方投稿系统内进行，不接受邮箱投稿和QQ投稿。《中国电气工程学报（英文）》官方网站为：http://www.cjeecmp.com，投稿网址为：https://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/cjee。《中国电气工程学报（英文）》与IEEE独家合作出版（网址：https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/RecentIssue.jsp?punumber=7873788），暂未与其他第三方合作，我刊从未委托和授权其他任何机构或个人，任何假冒我刊等不法行为均与编辑部无关，编辑部不承担因此产生的法律责任。

About CJEE

Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering (CJEE) is an international quarterly journal in English, which is sponsored by China Machinery Industry Information Institute and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Power Electronic Society (IEEE PELS). The CJEE will be published in IEEE Xplore and be indexed in Scopus, INSPEC, DOAJ, CSCD and CSAD.

Uniqueness

All submitted papers must be clearly written in acceptable English and papers submitted for consideration should report on original results not previously presented in any other archival publications, nor is currently under review for any other journals, conferences, etc.

Paper Preparation

Please download the Word template file(.doc) at http://www.cjeecmp.com for reference. Information is given regarding the requirements of publishing format(fonts, sizes, etc) and the rules of equations, units, figures, tables, references, abbreviations, and acronyms, etc. The preparation of references, author’s biographies and photos are also illustrated.

The first page should contain the title, full name of all authors (do not use an initial for the first name), as well as each author’s organizational affiliation.

Please identify the corresponding author with his/her E-mail.

If there is one or some supported funds, please attach detailed information.

CJEE uses ScholarOne Manuscripts, a professional web-based manuscript submission and peer-review tracking system. First-time users must create a new account. Authors must submit manuscripts electronically at https://mc03.manuscriptcentral.com/cjee.

Free Charges

There is no charge for paper submitting or article processing.

Open Access

All papers in CJEE will be published as an Open Access(OA), and the OA fees will be waived once your manuscript is accepted for CJEE. OA publications are freely available online to anyone, which maximizes the visibility, the uptake and use of the work published. All accepted articles will be indexed by IEEE Xplore. Worldwide readership is supported by IEEE Xplore Digital Library, which allows your research to be easily accessed.
